On Tuesday February 24, Huawei introduced first LTE based Smartband Huawei 4.5G Smart Band which comes with 4.5G Network Support. It is introduced in London and is the first wearable comes with such type of network into the market. LTE-M is the intermediate network technology between 4G and 5G Network. It transfers data very quickly with a transfer rate of 1 GB per Second.
It offers 1.40 Inches OLED Screen, Bluetooth 4.0 v, NFC Support, Dust Resistance and Water Resistance. It supports 4.5G (LTE-M) which helps users to track their Fitness level, measure Heart Rate, Thermostats and Energy Readers.
Huawei provides that "4.5G supports up to 100K per cell connections via LTE M and 100 times that of 4G Network. LTE M provides better coverage than previous versions. Receivers require just 1/100th of the signal strength of existing 2G systems, 20 dB Gain, and using low-power terminals."
Huawei 4.5G Smart Band's full details will be available in between March 2 to 5, 2015 since it will be presented at Annual Exhibition of Mobile Electronics MWC 2015.
