Due to this coronavirus lockdown, going out of the houses is quite challenging for the people for recharges who regularly used to depend on shops or stores or recharge outlets. To overcome this, Jio had launched Recharge at the ATM service by visiting the nearest ATMs for mobile recharges. This facility is available across India over and above 100,000 ATMs. Jio customers can recharge their Jio mobile number at the nearest ATMs without any OTP or security code.
This service is available at nine different bank ATMs such as Standard Chartered Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, AUF Bank, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, DCB Bank, HDFC Bank, and Citi Bank.
Steps to follow -
- Insert your ATM card in the ATM machine (debit or credit card)
- From the main menu select or choose the Recharge option
- Enter your 10 digit Jio mobile number to recharge
- After entering the mobile number then enter your ATM pin number
- Now in the next field enter the recharge amount
- Verify the amount and press Enter.
- The ATM screen shows the response message that the recharge amount will be debited from your account
- Check your phone you will get the recharge confirmation message from Jio.
