The Delhi High Court has permitted Xiaomi to make sales and
import Qualcomm Chipset contained handsets from December 23, 2014 to January
8, 2015. On December 8, 2014 High Court restricted sale and import of Xiaomi handsets along with in e-commerce sites in India which runs based on Ericsson
Technology but not the handsets which runs based on Qualcomm Chipsets.
Today, Xiaomi announced that Xiaomi Redmi note 4G will be
available in India along with in e-commerce site called Flipkart from December
30, 2014. Customers/Purchasers can register in Flipkart to purchase Redmi Note
4G from December 23, 2014 to December 29, 2014 till Mid Night. Redmi Note 4G
costs at Rs.9,999.
